C2K Staffing is hiring a Bilingual HR Manager.

We are recruiting for one of our partners a Bilingual Human Resources Manager.

Description

Objectives of this Role

  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Create and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover for key roles
  • Create and implement strategies surrounding succession planning across multiple roles
  • Implement and lead Employee Recognition program
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify and develop high potential individuals
  • Design and implement a career development program that includes performance management, training and development, and succession planning
  • Provide cross functional HR support at the plant level
  • Work with third party vendors to staff temp to perm roles
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other professional networks
  • Identify and screen the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.

Core Competencies

  • English, advanced level (written and spoken)
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
