HR Internship Offer
Responsibilities
As an HR intern, you will assist in various HR functions within the company, with a special focus on talent management, training, and employee well-being.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including writing and posting job ads, CV pre-screening, and organizing interviews.
- Training: Contribute to the development and organization of training programs for employees.
- Administrative Support: Manage employee records, update HR databases, and assist in preparing employment contracts.
- Internal Communication: Assist in implementing internal communication projects to enhance employee engagement.
- HR Research: Stay updated on HR trends and propose initiatives to improve HR processes.
Profile
- Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- You are dynamic, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
- You maintain discretion and respect confidentiality.
- Previous experience (internship or project) in human resources is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt quickly and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
