• Knowledge of labor law and collective agreements
• knowledge in all areas of human resources management: recruitment, training, employment law, career management, payroll
• Ability to Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementations
• Ability to Develop forward-looking management of jobs and skills
• Leadership Qualities
• 3 years + of experience in human resources Management
