Radisson Blu Hotel Dakar is looking for a Food & Beverage Director reporting directly to the General Manager.

The F&B Manager will be in charge of all the operations (6 outlets and banquetting) and manage a team of 70 employees.

Job requirements

  • Ability to assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in F&B;
  • Enjoy hands-on management role;
  • Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, supplies, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction;
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in F&B operations within luxury international hotel chain + presently working as Director of Food and Beverage;
  • Strong understanding of cost, budgets and staffing systems that lead to profitability;
  • Capable to work closely with the Executive Chef, Front office and Sales teams;
  • Ability to manage diverse work force;
  • Strong and effective communication skills;
  • Strong commercial skills within Food & Beverage;
  • Proven track record in promotion strategies, training and leading F&B teams;
  • Marketing and Public Relations driven;
  • French and English speaking;
  • Young and dynamic.
