Experience as a head of the HR department for at least 3 years. Fluent English must have. Job responsibilities of the Head of the Driver Search and Recruitment Department in the vehicle fleet:
Organization and management of the driver selection process:
- Development and implementation of a strategy for searching and selecting drivers for the vehicle fleet.
- Planning and monitoring the implementation of the recruitment plan.
- Labor market analysis to determine the best sources for finding drivers.
Interaction with candidates:
- Conducting interviews with candidates for the position of driver.
- Checking professional skills, experience and compliance with company requirements.
- Organizing testing and evaluation of candidates (for example, checking knowledge of traffic rules, driving skills).
Working with documentation:
- Checking and drawing up employment contracts, documents on hiring.
- Monitoring the availability and relevance of the necessary documents for drivers (driver’s licenses, medical certificates, work books, etc.).
- Maintaining a database of candidates and employees.
Adaptation of new employees:
- Organizing introductory briefings for new drivers.
- Monitoring the adaptation process of new employees in the team.
- Interacting with other departments to ensure a comfortable start to work for new drivers.
Analytics and reporting:
- Monitoring staff turnover and analyzing the reasons for dismissals.
- Preparing reports on the results of selection and staff turnover.
- Developing proposals to improve the processes of selection and retention of drivers.
Interaction with other departments:
- Interacting with the training department to organize training and advanced training for drivers.
- Collaborating with fleet managers to determine personnel needs.
Development and optimization of processes:
- Continuous improvement of methods for searching and selecting drivers.
- Implementing new technologies and tools for automating selection processes.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and requirements for candidates.
Compliance monitoring:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws when hiring and registering drivers.
- Monitoring compliance with health and safety requirements.
Motivation and retention of personnel:
- Developing and implementing motivation programs for drivers.
- Holding regular meetings with drivers to identify their needs and problems.
- Working to improve working conditions and reduce staff turnover.
Conflict resolution:
- Participation in resolving conflicts related to drivers.
- Conducting investigations and taking measures to eliminate problems.
Team training and development:
- Organizing training for HR department employees.
- Improving the team’s skills in recruiting and HR management.
Coordinating and monitoring social media, advertising.
Performing other tasks:
- Carrying out management assignments related to HR selection and management.
- Participation in strategic planning of vehicle fleet development.
