The MSME Accompagniment Specialist reports to the Operations & Impact Manager.
He/She is a major player in the organization of the development of Small and Medium Enterprises that will be targeted by the Program.
Profil
- Financial analysis capacity of business plan (income statements, balance sheets, etc.).
- Taste for the animation of collective workshops
- Oral and written fluency, writing and synthesis
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Initiative and strength of proposal
- Organization, rigor and strong adaptability. Personal commitment to sustainable development
- Bachelor’s level + 5. Economic profile – University or Business School
